Nutrition Mung Beans

I LOVEE mung bean , but I recently discover they’re high in calories intake. Around 330 ! I eat about 2 cups a day (About 1320 calories) plus about 1,000 food intake on other foods. Do you think this is okay . . ? Or should I cut them out and replace them . .

I found that eating food raw it was nearly impossible to gain weight. I stabilised at a healthy weight no matter how much raw food I ate, and I used plenty of mung bean sprouts in smoothies and salads.
Anyway, mung bean sprouts are so good for you that I wouldn’t even be thinking about the calories if I was you. Just eat ‘em up.
