The use of dietary oil?
Can you arrange for the following oils in order of preference for nutrition (more recommended at the top, at least the past recommended)? I have no choice for olive oil, oils etc. I have only following equipment available in my market: 1. Sunflower oil 2. Safflower oil 3. Peanut oil 4. Sesame seed oil 5. mustard oil 6. Soybean oil 7. corn oil 8. seed oil of rice have been using soybean oil lately, but I'm worried about its effects on health (particularly cholesterol). To suggest that I go.
I have no idea, but all I know is the best oil is the "olive oil" is my fvrt and corn oil used in cooking good luck
