Nutrition Nails Peeling

Ok I just bought these glue on nails & I only had them on for about 3-4 days (when the box said up to 10 days). Well one fell off & As I went to glue it back on I noticed that my actual nail was thinner & more brittle & looked like it was peeling. So I popped off all the fake nail & I seen that all of them did this. So I’m thinking that the glue ate away at my nail… And now they’re sore & very thin
I wanted to know is there any kind of treatment I can do to help them grow back. Not exactly in length but in thickness. What kind of Nail nutrition stuff should I use? What would you recommend? And Has this ever happened to anyone else?
Fake nails will always weaken your natural nail. That’s completely normal. They will grow back just fine. In the meantime, there are plenty of clear nail strengthening polishes. Sally Hansen has plenty. Just go to your local drug store.
