Nutrition Newsletter Ideas

Is my peculiar diet idea at all reasonable?

I’m reading an old nutrition newsletter about Leptin, other articles about ‘cheat’ days, and confusing one’s body, and wondered if the following would be damaging or useful for increasing one’s metabolism:

Eating a healthy, balanced diet for five days; eating loads of food, perhaps with some junk food (including a bit of sugar) thrown in on the sixth day; and fasting on the seventh day (other than herbal tea maybe – or green?), with moderate exercise and heaps of water the entire week.

Just a crazy thought.

This is very reasonable lol.
But you do not need to fast on the seventh day! Since the beginning of the year, I have been eating a healthy 2000 calories a day for 6 days of the week. On the seventh day, I have like 8000 calories, all junk food like pizza and dessert.
I have lost about 8 kilograms and feel incredibly healthy and fit. ( I walk an hour a day for exercise).
This is the only thing that has EVER worked for me. It’s amazing.
