Gonna start working out, wanted to gain about 10 lbs of muscle and also want definition. Optimum nutrition is pure whey and nitrean is 3 different proteins. Which would be best for a beginner like me?
I prefer Dymatize Elite Whey to ON. It is almost identical. You should rely more on diet though
