Nutrition Oatmeal Mcdonalds

A question about child nutrition?

We have very healthy breakfast and dinner, I cooked dinner every night – no fried food, lots fresh vegetables. Breakfast usually consists of cereal Kashi, occasionally eggs, oatmeal … For lunch, my 3 kids eat seeds and dor CK Tots fish sticks and drinks, butter and soy jam, and once a week McDonalds burgers with apples instead of chips. I give the fruit with every meal. Sometimes eat leftovers … Is that the Nuggets, fish sticks and drinks, and each week mcd unhealthy in your opinion? Any ideas for quick and easy lunch? (Note dairy allergy to eggs and peanuts)

The Tots do not really count as vegetables, spices that often, and by your above comment fried, I'm assuming they are sodium – which is better. Id only suggest to exchange processed chicken and fish, chicken and fish real. Different types of fish can vary greatly in their nutritional value (and check what mercury) McDonald Those apples have preservatives in them too Id imagine. Id just stay with them in a pinch. Check out to target some of the mixed vegetables fun. Our kids love soy Edam (sp?), And shoot out of the pods in a bowl. Let's do a little soybeans on these to add flavor. They have the same with the balls of carrot, corn, fun stuff that kids think they are fools, and water vapor in the bags are very useful. Theres some big kids cookbooks out in the library / libraries with ease, fun ideas and healthy, but you can always make eggs for lunch too, have children help make the meatballs, and everything as sweet potato mixture, avacodo, etc.
