Are there certain periods of growth for differnt people?
I am a man. I'm trying to grow taller. I am a very small. I do not think I have had a growth spurt. Why do people grow at different ages? my parents are as tall as me. im probably a little foot 4 and 14. but I want to get to least 6 feet tall. When should you grow taller? Is there a way to grow taller. any exercise, nutrition or anything. this is very urgent take on bullies. thanks
Yes, everyone is different. Its growth is determined by your genetics, if your parents are short there is a very good opportunity is short, however, if you had a grandfather perhaps high grow taller. This is not something that can only hope that happens. Beat the bullies of his brain.
