Nutrition Optimum Level

My exercise plan is going to be effective?
I have 15 years and weigh about 185. However, as this sounds like a level of overweight, actually I'm mostly composed of muscle (Although I would not say it is muscle mass). My main struggle is to lose weight in my chest, as there really is not much body fat in the stomach, although I would love to crush a day. I currently walk / run for about 30 minutes every morning and I just burned about 400 calories each time. I keep my heart rate around 155 because I was told that is about optimum for fat loss at my age. I'm also trying to eat a lot more .. But sometimes I feel like I'm eating less rather than actually eating better. (1500 calories or less per day: /). Does anyone have advice on nutrition as well? Thank you.
do not eat anything after dinner and an early dinner. this will help because if you eat like just before going to bed then, the only calories are converted to fat, since they are not burned because allyou're doing is laying down.
