Is it safe to be eating this everyday?

Breakfast: scooters (generic cherios) with soymilk, 1 square of 72% cacao dark chocolate, 1 cup of blueberry juice, and 3 grams of spirulina and chlorella
lunch: 2 cans of oysters ( i hear highers zinc and testosterone and selenium blocks mercury) and 1 cup of green goodness (bolthouse)
dinner: 1 cup of odwalla superfood drink, 1 can of sardines ( i hear they have low mercury and pbcs) with half a bag of baby spinach.
I eat this everyday, is this adecuate nutrition? Most of the days 1 alternate between lentills and beans for dinner instead of sardines. And i drink an occasional green tea.
Yes I am serious, I gave up my life of junk food, and Im not sick but I do throw in treats like sweet potatoes and odwalla bars every now and then! No I don’t get sick of it. I have a strong will and have turned down impressive amounts of tempting foods thrown at me. At first I just wanted to get a six pack but then I realize its about my health in the long run that matters.

Yup that sounds nutritionally correct, fiber, omega 3s, vitamins n minerals, phytonutriends n antioxidants, and protein, your good!
