how do you tell if a certain chinese food is good for you?

i live near a small family owned chinese restaurant and they have a lot of delicous dishes, i wnated to know how to figure out if something is healthy since i have no access to nutrition info. it tastes good and is diferent then pf changs and panda express, i know that at least

BS to those who say only Chinese food uses MSG. It is found in most commercially made food products and in some things you drink that you are not even aware of. MSG is also called natural food flavors, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein etc.

Some Chinese restaurants do add too much MSG. I assume the family owned restaurant cooks the food as you order? You can ask them to omit the MSG from your food. New Chinese immigrants won’t understand why but those whose children are Americanized understand this.

Eat everything in moderation. Not most Chinese food is fried. Take the sauteed meatvegetable combination. And order steam rice instead of fried rice. Though, technically, fried rice is not technically fried in cooking terms. Have it once in a while.

Why are people so afraid of good foods these days? Hamburgers are 20% fat, hot dogs and cold cuts are processed foods, pastas are dressed with sauces, salads are drenched in some oil or mayo.

Food whether Chinese or other kinds are good for you. Just do not overeat and exercise regularly.
