can i eat this everyday and maintain weight?

im working at wendys and i have to eat in the store everyday (5-6 times a week) if i eat a Chese junior bacon everyday but workout lifting 4 times a week and cardio 3-4 times a week will i be able to main weight? and improve my bodys performance as in cardio endurance and strength… will eatin fast food everyday stop me from achieving my goals?

Okay, let’s get this straight here, kiddo.

1. When I turned 16, I got a job…at Wendy’s. While you must eat in the store while you work, you don’t have to eat THEIR food. You can bring your own, and if you’re claiming to give a sh*t about weight training and whatnot, you WILL bring your own food.

2. When Wendy’s offers salads and chicken breast, why on earth are you going for the burger that has the most fattening things in it (beef, cheese, bacon)? While it’s under 400 calories, any weight lifter worth his/her salt is going to pay attention to nutrition over calories, and pack each meal if that’s what’s required to get the job done. I’ve even turned down FREE food because it didn’t fit in with my nutrition plan.

Don’t use your job as an excuse to eat like sh*t.
