Has anyone ever tried Nutrition 53, Lean 1?

this is my personal experience, I haven’t tried any of them, but I read about them as I always like to keep up with the latest fitness products, and this is what I think,
I think the nutrition 53 is a bit overpriced, it’s just a protein powder, you can buy the same at GNC, basically it has protein which helps with building muscles. To do that, you can start eating chicken, meat, and at night, remember how are parents always told us to drink a glass of milk before going to bed and we never knew why, well here is the reason. Milk contains casein, which is a protein that help the muscle recover and build in a long period of time, just like when we sleep for 7-8 hr, that’s too long for your muscles to stay without protein, so that’s where ca seine comes into play.
I have tried many diet pills, at first they work, for like about 2 weeks, but right after, your body gets used to them and they stop working, and you put the weight back on. If you wanna think about losing weight, you also need to think about how to keep it of for a while..
So the best way to do it, is to do it the regular hard old fashion way, go on a good diet, with the right amount of fibers which are your fruit and vegetable almonds, etc, protein which is chicken milk, dairy, meat, and drink water, lots of water, and most importantly exercise.. You might also wanna think about eating 5 to 6 times a day, as it will stimulate your metabolism better then eating 2-3 times a day,, and dont eat lots of greassy fatty stuff at night,, so good luck
