Why is so fat pesto sauce?
Ok ok ok ppplz. I love some pesto sauce. But I came across my little eye at the nutrition facts, I have seen with my eyes lil, 290 calories per quarter cup !!!!!!!!!!!!! And 270 calories of fat !!!!!!!!! HOW? Spicy pesto or basil is (healthy), Parmesan (this particular bottle used a parm nonGMO rBGH free. Cheese, which is not healthier?) Also say oil ingredients extra virgin olive oil, salt n pepper, pine nuts (RLY good for u) and garlic and rice vinegar. Where is the fat come from?? And sodium, 290mg? If this b good for you?
nuts are fatty. As olive oil … Oh, and parmesan. Just eat, and stop worrying about fattyness … Simply yourself, and you can remove the salt.
