Nutrition Pizza Calories

Right well.. i was reading the nutrition values on 3 foods and i thought the content was high enough until i noticed each product said ‘Half of this product contains’ and alarm bells just went ringing in my mind.
So the pizza read (for HALF the product): 480kcal, 20.6g fat & 52g carbs.
tortelloni pasta (for HALF the product): 385kcal, 11.7g fat & 54g carbs.
pasta sauce (for HALF the product): 184kcal, 13g fat & 12g carbs.
Like, i feel scared to eat this food now because it seems so fattening and unhealthy..
is this really bad or am i just paranoid because im not sure wether i can eat this knowing how many calories and fat are in it.
It’s ok to eat pizza sometimes, you don’t have to eat as much as half a pizza. You don’t have to live on pizza and you can eat a portion with a green salad or something similar.
As for the pasta, on it’s own it is a healthy product and a fat free sauce is easy to make.
Sweat onion, garlic, grated carrot, chopped red pepper for a bit. Add a can of chopped tomatoes, tomato paste to taste, any herbs you like. Cook for a bit and blitz it up. Healthy good-for-you sauce. Keeps in a freezer if you make too much.
