How wealthy are the different cuts of pork?

I've been reading a lot about food nutrition. I know that poultry is generally healthier than beef. Lean cuts of chicken (white meat) are the best. Lean cuts of beef are also better than fatty cuts. But I honestly do not know anything about pork! I'm not talking hot dogs, but rather as pork chops or pork steaks. Thanks!

I think the pork chops are actually easier to tell less healthy healthy. Just look at the meat. Some chops can be seen that a large amount of fat in them. The thicker pieces are often cut more than fat so are better for you. The back (top or back) is the most healthy. 4-ounce tenderloin is about of 137 calories, 4 grams fat, 24 grams of protein compared to 4 oz pork chops (from the pork), with about 324 calories 26 grams fat; 15 grams of protein. Often, when I want I cut the loin chops 1 / 2 to 1 inch thick pieces before cooking so that you can still get the chop, but healthy.
