I just started my 3rd trimester …..?

I have a few questions. I know that nutrition is important during pregnancy. The first 3 months pregnancy vomited all the time, so I do not think I got anything important for my baby needed, the last 3 months I tried my best to get all my calcium, antioxidants, etc. Now I'm in my last 3 months to hear that the omega 3 is very good, but is acceptable if I have not had a lot of omega 3 in the last 3 months? Is it too late to start now or 3 months is plenty of time? What foods should I start eating now? I just bought organic flax oil lignans Trader Joe, I can take this every day? Will this be enough omega 3 for me? I also bought EFA capsules, I take this too? Thanks I'm sure you can say this is my first pregnancy 26 years I take my prenatal daily.

Ask your doctor about anything you want to take. Just because something is organic does not mean it's good for you or your baby. You should be on prenatal vitamins.
