Nutrition Pregnancy Twins

What should I do about a lack of nutrition during twin pregnancy?

I am 31 wks. pregnant with 2 babies. I used to be able to eat and keep food down, but that was a long time ago. Now I can only keep down about 1000 calories per day. I usually get so hungry I eat more than that and have vomiting spells. Nutritional shakes help a little, but I’m still losing about one pound a week. What can I do?

i experienced the same but was only preganant with one but i kept droppin weight and my doc gave me pills that helped with it and o no i started gaining the weight properly lol…..
Best of Luck to you
