Nutrition Project …. KCal?
I'm doing a nutrition project … and asks us to calculate our estimates KCal needs …. making … I … My actual consumption is 2339 … 2043.8 … the question is …. if I continue to consume less KCal than necessary, which would be the result? less energy? im not quite sure … help please:)
Weight loss would be the result.
