“What percentage of the RDA did you have?”- I dont know what this means
RDA is Recommended Dietary Allowances. Many people believe it means Recommended Daily Amount but it doesn’t. I believe the question is asking how much of the required daily amount of vitamin __ did you have today. The RDA for vit. C is 75mg/day for females. If you took in 37.5mg today, the percentage of the RDA you had is 50%. These standards have been updated and reorganized and are now called DRIs – Dietary Reference Intakes.
You can always ask your instructor for clarification. I suggest that you do this.
