Feeling discouraged and want to give up, am I eating too much?

I am female, 5’9, and my weight 2 weeks ago was 139 pounds. I have been exercising regularly and eating healthily, except for 2 days where I binged . This morning I weighed 137.4 so I’ve only lost about 1.5 pounds! Did those 2 binge days ruin everything? here’s what I eat on a typical healthy day, yesterday for example:

No those two days wouldn’t have effected you. You eat a very small amount… Maybe even too small.
Your problem is, you’re forgetting to exercise! Exercise burns more fat than just eating healthily alone. So maybe take up a sport?
