Nutrition Running Program

Three days a week running the program?
I have to lose weight, just two years ago I could run 1k on a pretty good time from 4:15 country X on light conditions, now have the 2 stone and got 1k run on a pavement in less than 7, I had to take a break before full minute I could run another lap K. In short, I'll come back in body weight training and running. I keep it nice and simple loss of perhaps one pounds week, the more the better, but my diet, though much improved from last week will not be flawless. A typical day food wise: Breakfast: milk semi, a bowl of speical K (I love that) Lunch: pasta high in calories prehaps 700 without the snack bar and tea lowfat yogurt: dish quite large rice and spicy chicken in the source know that I know Yes, I will be improving. With all that useless information, ideas for implementation?
I start to run for half an hour without worrying about speed and taking walk breaks as needed, 4-6 times a week. Start with 4 times the first week, 5 for next two and if you do 6 that from then on. Continue until you can take half an hour without having to walk. Good luck!
