im looking at programs i want to go into, and im deciding between being a teacher or dietitian. that’ss the big question,BUTt i want to now what i need for both. I know for a teacher you don’t need anything specific inhigh schooll, just university level courses. But, fo a dietitan i am looking at taking Nutrition and food at ryerson to major in, and it says you need chem,bio (U levels) andat leastt 6 U/M courses in grade 12. what about if you have open courses like gym? am i still able to go into the course? DECISIONSS DECISIONS
* sorry, typo. Dietitian
Open courses do not count as your best six U/M courses. As long as you have at least 6 grade 12 U/M courses and the required prerequisites, you’ll be fine.
