In terms of nutrition, why fast food is unhealthy?
This is what I know as I am studying nutrition in University. It's not healthy because it is high in calories and most of these calories are dietary fats, especially saturated fat. I know why Unsaturated fat is healthy. Also, I know that is high in sodium tomato sauce. what else to add salt? Why it tastes so good so many people? What is the nutrients, or anything in them that makes people love them? Finally, am I paranoid, or when you eat fast food have to do a sweet? If so, why?
.. is empty calories non-mineral … no, it tastes good.
