Hi there,I found in the Asian markets & other markets seafood like Shrimp/Crab/Scallop/Catfish is totally fat free! It’s printed on the bag! I have read the nutrition fact all is
0% fat/carbohydrate/sugar/cholesterol?
It has only 11g of protein or 14g of protein other kind?
I really wish to know is that true!
Thanks
Sure, they are fat free as long as they are not fried in oil, or baked with breading. The oil and the breading is what puts the fat content in them. You can broil or grill them with nothing on them except maybe a little lemon juice. A little brushing of olive oil wouldn’t hurt, either, if you broil or grill.
Think of a vegetable salad. There is no fat in that until you put the salad dressing on it. Using lemon juice and a little olive oil and season with pepper would still make it healthy and practically fat-free.
It all depends on how you prepare your food.
