Can I consume more of this protein?

So I’m trying to gain weight and i wanted to consume more of the protein. I just got the protein last week and only consume after workout on the workout days. I don’t consume on off days. The Problem is the cholesterol in it. I had to settle with this specific protein for now because of location but it gives 52g in 2scoops. Now the cholesterol in 2 scoops are 120mg with 2% milk but ik i should consume my bodyweight in protein (130 lbs.) So I was wondering if it was okay to consume more protein? Can i consume on off days? Are their any other protein supplements without this much cholesterol? ( I heard Optimum Nutrition has like no cholesterol at all) And where can i buy a shaker (Besides health food store) [AND NOT MARGARITA SHAKERS] The shaker cup with the metal thing inside that helps blend better? Help please?

i ran into the same problem.. the only thing is if you have a high cholesterol problem like i do, then u just need to monitor it better. like i am 151 lbs somewhat built with a cholesterol of 240 which is borderline high.. i work out strength and cardio.. the high cholesterol is just from genetics, poor diet for years and smoking.. its okay to consume some cholesterol, 120 mg of cholesterol is kind of high for a protein shake.. i use whey protien from walmart which has 52 g of cholesterol i think.. i also used universal torrent which has less cholesterol but it also gave me better results when it came to size build.. give those a shot.. i still take those supplemetns.. since my cholesterol is only borderline high, i was instructed to consume no more than 300 mg of cholesterol a day.. so i dont know what ur situation is with cholesterol or ur diet habits but the cholesterol coming from the protien shakes is way safer than that of a hamburger! good luck buddy hope this helps u
