Can anyone recommend some good workout tracking software running on a Mac / Apple?

I would like something fairly complete and sophisticated to allow me to enter statistics for weight lifting exercises, cardio exercises, and daily food intake. The sites free online not seem to include everything I'm looking for, but the software I've seen that looks decent (eg ProTrack 2008) does not work on apples. .
