Nutrition Starbucks Coffee

How is my breakfast and lunch today?
I have lots of time to enjoy eating today because of OFF.
I took Omega 3 tablets this morning.
I went to starbucks and ate bagel with cream cheese and venti coffee with milk & sugar. 2 slices of toast, salad with balsamic vinegar, and raspberry jam (no butter) at home.
I went to chinese restaurant for lunch to have a spicy noodle, dumpling and fried rice. After that I went to coffee bean to eat a piece of cheesecake and iced tea latte without sugar.
Please advise on nutrition, and then I can find a restaurant for dinner. I am skinny so I need to gain a bit weight but care about my health. Thank you.
Well you are not trying to lose weight, but the foods you are consuming have a lot of calories. You need more fruits and vegetables, and probably some protein as well. Your breakfast had a lot of carbs. A bagel is worth about 2 slices of toast and cream cheese isn’t exactly good for you. Chinese food like the fast food kind is not good for you either. So your diet today has consisted of carbs and fats mostly. So maybe some salmon, veggies, and fruit for dessert.
