Nutrition Study Guide Free

What do you think of this P90X diet?

I am in college, so I don’t have time to cook according to what’s given in the nutrition guide for P90X. This is my general diet:

morning: omelet made with egg white and cheese, fat free milk
lunch: Some pieces of lean meat, vegetables, fat free milk
afternoon work out, then recovery protein shake
dinner: same as lunch
and on the days that I do Ab Ripper X, I do it around 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM (pretty good as a break while studying) then have the same recovery protein shake again.

What do you think? How can I fix it so it becomes a better plan?

It sounds like you have a good plan going.

I would throw in a few healthy snacks (nuts, protein bar, etc) mid morning and mid afternoon. Other than that your nutrition plan looks good.

ps – you don’t need a recovery shake if you’re only doing Ab Ripper X. It will add too many calories (sugar).
