Nutrition Subway Buffalo

I like a lot of Subway sandwiches. I usually order 1 or occasionally 2, double stuffing / padding super (whatever its called) sandwiches. I eat well or sweet onion teriyaki chicken sandwich at Buffalo. I looked up the nutrition facts for leg buffalo chicken sandwich long and has 50 grams of protein !!!!! Also has 2500 mg sodium (daily dose is 2000). If I get double stuffed (Twice the amount of meat), which should make 100 g of protein. And this is for my lunch. I can eat big meals at home. Is this healthy for me my body can absorb this much protein in one sitting? thanks for the help
if you work out, and their muscle fibers are constantly being destroyed heavy lifting, more Protien better.
