Subway – Nutrition Question?
Ok, Subway lists the calories in their sandwiches, which I appreciate, but I was wondeirng if anyone knew if they’re counting the bread or just the meat you get in it?
Example: The Subway nutrition guide says that their sweet onion teriyaki chicken sandwich has 380 calories per serving. Do they just mean the meat or are they including the bread? Because you an get different kinds of bread with different amounts of calories, so I don’t understand how they could be including it.
Just wondering what other people thought or if anyone knew.
The values are based on if you get the 9-grain wheat bread.
“Values include 9-grain wheat bread, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, cucumbers and cheese.”-from Subways website.
