Why not the recommended amount of sugar in the daily nutritional guidelines?
Anyone have recommendations for the intake of sugar? I have a big sweet tooth!
as little as possible, there are natural sugars in all types of food, etc. things like honey and I identify with, though as I also I have a sweet tooth.
