Fish like Salmon, they are good for brain, skin, heart, mood and bones. but in the website it says, it has too much marcury. mercury. Also, it says meat and rice can cause cancer. ]
So that means I should not eat rice, meat, pickles, and fish ?
Specially Raw fish are dangerous to eat, is that means sushi is very unhealthy food to eat ? That is like eating raw meat. It has so many bacteria.

Fish is really good for you but I wouldn’t eat it all the time because it can contain mercury. It seems like there is a study on almost everything saying that it causes cancer. I’m going to live dangeriously and still eat meat and rice. We’ll see what happens!
