Nutrition Sushi Tuna Roll

Sushi such as raw tuna wrapped in seaweed and then in japanese rice or even California Rolls that are crabmeat, avacado, and cucumber rolled in seaweed and japanese rice. Is it a good way to maintain “portion control” considering the small pieces that the sushi comes in?
Yes, sushi actually is quite healthy! The seaweed is great for your hair that has phytonutrients to add shine and beauty… the avocados are excellent source of healthy monounsaturated fats and good for the skin, crabmeat is lean protein, and the cucumber is a veggie, so you can’t go wrong either way… my favorite is the california roll also and the salmon roll!
