Nutrition Therapist Training

What would this career be called?
It’s sort of like a personal trainer but you train Elite or olympic athletes on fitness and stuff. Like an elite athlete would have a coach for sport specific stuff but this person would do strength, flexibility and agility training and help them with their training schedule and nutrition and stuff. The closest things I can find is personal trainer and athletic therapist. Any ideas?
