a good meal plan for building muscle for a skinny guy?
I go to the gym about 4 days a week and mostly have been focusing on my upper body, its been about 2 months in the gym. I have seen some results but i cant seem to get over my natural weight, I am wondering if anyone knows a good simple high protein diet to help me get the proper nutrition to bulk up and build muscle? thank you for your help!
ok i think we have to go one by one in your case how tall are you and if you wanna gain weight and muscle fast in natural way you have to 1)set your goal.Started 2 kg a month (pure beef) and 2)PROTEIN ONLY will never get you anywhere and 3rd)what comes to building muscle is Testosterone.
so if you consume protein larger than other substance for the body you will loose weight and gain muscle in another words looks muscular but thin still at the end only will “look a lil bigger”
But if you plan to OVERCOME YOUR NATURAL WEIGHT you need to put on more Carbohydrate combine with Protein not HIGH PROTEIN DIET only.
I am as much as you are before because I am a triathlon athlete and ENDURANCE type of exercise takes lots of combination of calories and through years I found that the easiest way for the beginner is eat whatever you like cuz your body needs more energy (BULK UP) than usual as long as you maintain your combination of exercise between Power Weight and Endurance, you will get perfect shape.
Ok maybe the tips i can give you is bring over from home some breads or any fav foods you like and while you are doing exercise in the gym, eat your food on resting period.( I am talking about Carbohydrate in here not protein)
Example your effective exrcise is 1 hour so after 30 mins, have your meal, soon your body will absorb faster than before the energy of your food after it’s done digesting then back to exercise.
After the exercise is done then time to recovery.Drink plenty of water then after your body back to stabilize, your heart rate is normal time to eat to recover your broken muscle.
In a month at least about 1 kg will be increase.This is one over many ways to get BULK. and your body will always stay strong ( always have extra energy)
Rest well when the day is over that’s the time your body recovery.
This I share in term of SKINNY and willing to GO OVER NATURAL WEIGHT in NATURAL WAY.
