Nutrition Tracker

So just a little info…I want to get healthier and lose some weight and I started a Nutrition tracker and drinking about 60 oz of water. I am on a 1200 cal diet and this was yesterday. Today my urine is clear and my stool was kind od yellow but not diareah. Why is that? Cuz I ate really unhealthy and now I’m measuring all of my food and only drinking water and pure fruit juice! Did it just do like a major clean in my body from all the crap foods?
Well I know I haven’t drank too much water so I’m fine there cuz today I haven’t drank as much and yesterday it was 8 cups through out the entire day… but it has a little tint of yellow to it today is it due to diet change I guess is what I’m woundering?
When your urine is yellow it means that you don’t drink enough water. you’re drinking alot of water now so that’s why it’s clear =] Good luck with the weight loss btw!
