Do turkey burgers bleed out a lot?
I have some 93% lean 7% fat beef patties, and they’re great in terms of nutrition, but the patties contain tons of blood and i cant ever seem to get out a good amount of it. What i was wondering was- do turkey burgers bleed at all? if so, do they contain a lot less blood than beef patties?
I prepare them by heating up a non-stick pan and just lightly season and flip.
they dont taste as good
but they also dont bleed as much
on a george foreman grill, they lose maybe 25% of their mass when cooked
as opposed to beef which is 50% or more
