I’m worried did I eat too much? Too many calories and too much starch? I’m worried?
Okay this is what I ate all day
Side of scramble eggs with salt and pepper
Half glass of orange juice
Oatmeal with cinmea and apples I put half and half in it But I made it wrong so I only had 3 small bites
Small coffe with half and half and one splendia
A cup of peanuts and mix nuts
this is nutrition value

For dinner
Mexian lasinge it had 350 calories
Side of green salad with crumble up boiled eggs and cherry tomatos
and one slice of bread
and small cup of skin milk
and after dinner an apple
im just thinking i ate alot and too much starch. ever since I started college I gained 5 pounds
and today and yestorday I walked 5 miles.
And I think (like 20% sure I did this) but walked 15 miles
I know i had big dinner i was just so hungry but I feel better after i ate
i think you are stressing out on it to much. as long as you eat balanced meals (food groups) and exercise DAILY than you should be fine. walking burns calories but jogging or running builds muscle and burns calories.
