I need help with a recipe for broccoli salad with bacon!?
I'm making a broccoli salad with bacon for the kind of nutrition, I have to go buy some ingredients. Since I'm living in Shanghai, China, I need the Chinese name for these ingredients, but I'm not sure what some of they are. What is the sour cream, cider vinegar, water chestnuts and dried cranberries in Chinese? Also, if the above ingredients are not available, Is there a substitute I can use? What is meant by "freshly ground pepper to taste? Sad if it is so easy questions, I do not cook much. Thanks (:
