SoBe Life-water nutrition value?
My new favorite drink is SoBe life-water. I drank 2 in the past 3 days. Is it healthy? It says so. Is it going to help me be healthier? Is it even good for you? Tell me all about i please.
If you look on the back label, it will tell you how many total calories are in just one serving. Then it tells you how many servings are in the entire bottle. For example, one bottle may have 130 calories per serving and two servings. If you drink the entire thing, it’s 260 calories.
Now, granted it does have some vitamins and electrolytes but look down at the sugar content. We all know that soda is very bad for us. One can of soda has anywhere from 12-18 grams of sugar. Sobe isn’t any better is it? and again, say for example, it’s 12 grams per serving, and at two servings, you just drank 24 grams which is more sugar than a soda.
If anything is going to make you fat it’s going to be the high sugar content in these so called “nutrition drinks”
A huge rule of thumb to follow is to eat your calories… not drink them. The only time you should drink your calories is if you’re drinking a meal replacement shake such as gulcerna or slim fast.
