Nutrition Watermelon Calories

I’m a fruitarian meaning I only eat fruit, veggies, and nuts, well today I think I overate, I calculated my calories and I think I had 2000-2500 here’s what I had-
Breakfast(9:00 a.m.)- 1 orange
Lunch(1:00 p.m.)- 4 plums
Dinner-(4:00 p.m.)- 7 small bananas
After dinner (4:30-5:00)- like 1 cup of cashews and peanuts, and 1 plum
After workout (6:30)- more cashews (like 1/4 a cup) and about a cup of watermelon, and right light nutrition shake
I feel horrible and I think I’m going to only drink lemon with water tomorrow, what do I do???? I do this like 3 times a week and I need to stop help me!!!!! I have been doing this like 3 times a week how can I stop????
are u a fruit-a-tarian all the time? if your doing it to lose weight, i’m not sure how good of a diet plan it is. Fruit is loaded with carbs/sugars= elevanting blood sugar, and then your hungry again. i dont think you will gain weight from this by any means, fruit can bypass system quickly. But only if your eating justfruit. try not to mix the nuts in there if your going for the fruit cleanse. it also depends on your workout-daily activites which will make you gain or lose weight.
i would maybe try to suppllement your nuts for a protien shake. 10X less fat. also drink lots of liquids to curb hunger, or get up and go do something. the best advice someone ever told me is,,,,you dont live for food, you live off food.
