Wendy’s Taco Salad has 710 calories, 41 grams of fat, 1620 milligrams of sodium (almost your whole RDA for the day), 10 grams of fiber, 34 grams of protein. It has 80% of your RDA of Vitamin A, 60% of Calcium, 45% of Vitamin C, 25% of Iron.
I wouldn’t say it was healthy, per se, but I imagine there are worse things out there you could be eating!
