I consume about 1100-1500 calories and 15-35 grams of fat a day is this unhealthy?
I consume about 1100-1500 calories and 15-35 grams of fat a day is this unhealthy?
First of all 50 days ago i weighed 295 (im 19 years old and 6’2), now i weigh 260. I eat once a day, cause i have no free time, i also only eat fast food, which is ALWAYS Wendy’s or subway. I always eat the chicken since it isnt as bad.
im not slowly killing myself am i? I dont actually feel hungry at all, i just eat cause i know i need to. I take a daily vitamin to help with nutrition since i know chicken sandwiches (loaded with spinach and tomatoes) dont have everything i need.
eat more subway. I worked in subway for 8 months. noone and I repeat noone working in there gained weight. (unless they kept taking cookies for their meals or didn’t take the free veggies in their sandwich)
A second thing is to break up your meals to 2 times a day as a start and one snack / breakfast sometime else. (glass of milk or juice works)
