Are white wine vinegar/red wine vinegar ok during pregnancy?

I know alcohol isnt… but this is a vinegar. I asked my doctor and he told me to talk to a nutritionist… like wth? all those years in college and you wouldnt nutrition for pregnant women? Anyway, does anyone know?

I wouldnt stress it, some doctors actually say small amounts of red wine is safe during pregnancy, but some people might disagree. I actually read the Jenny McCarthy book while i pregnant and she would sip on red wine, so i’ll doubt is any harm especially if that is vinegar.

p.s- i would change your doctor, instead of telling you an answer to not stress you , he says ask a nutrionist- not prefessional at all.
