Nutrition & Physical Activity?

I have to do a pamphlet. I need 2 topics. One for nutrition and one for physical activity to write about.

For the nutrition section just describe proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. Talk about why they are important and how much you should have of each.

For the physical activity section, just explain how much an adult needs to stay healthy. Then explain what types of cardio workouts there are as well as different strength training exercises. You could even tell what muscles are being worked out each day!
