It’s called “Vanilla Chai-source of protein” it’s by boat house farms.. it’s a really expensive drink i found in the organic section haha, i just wanted to know if it’s acctually healthy. Here are the nutrition facts:

So i noticed there’s alot of sugar, but does the other stuff make up for it? i usually stick to natural foods cause i have a hard time understaning anything on packages other than calories! 
so if you could help me out that would be great, thanks 
also, if it is infact a healthy drink, is the best time to drink it before or after my workout?
I’m going to be honest with you…it seems as though it has a decent amount of protein, and that’s about it. If I were you, I would save my money, and drink an 8oz glass of 1% or lowfat milk, and it’ll give you the same benefits without all the sugar, and the pricetag.
