Red spots on both forearms? Is this a side effect of something?
Past month i started a wieght training and cardio program 3 times a week, with a good nutrition program with reduced calories but everything healthy, its a complete turnaround, my skin and eyes appear much healthy and i look like when i was 16/17 (im 21 now).
But recently i discovered 2-3 red spots on my forearms, they are sort of painful/uncomfortable. Is this any kinda of side effect of any illness?
I only take protien supplement and zinc. I am asking on here since i cant see a doctor for another month or so as i am at university.
How much Zinc are you taking? Are you taking any other supplements other than protein? You can take too much of any vitamin or mineral. Use only what is recommended on the bottle. Also, what types of exercise do you do? Are you sure that the facilities machines and cardio equipment properly cleaned? You should check that out and make sure you exercise in a clean environment.
