Is Optimum Nutrition Gold standard whey KOSHER?

I think you would need to go to their web site get a break down of the product constituents and take this to your Rabbi! I would guess that as Whey is a milk product then you should refrain from eating meat for several hours before or after.

The issue would be, if ON’s whey contains additives that have originated from animal meat. If that is the case then the product would break the Kosher laws/rules.
