dont overdo the supplements as what your body doesnt use it will just sh1t it out. Waste of serious cash i say.

Eat boiled chicken breasts and lots of egg whites. Plenty of green veg. Ur genetics will do the rest.

you are not training to be a world champion bodybuilder are you?

these powders are mostly sales gimmicks. You really really really need to be training at least twice/three times a day before you need to be taken powders.
