I’ve been thinking on taking a weight gainer but i dont kno when/how to take it. i’ve been taking protein shakes for a long time but i heard weight gainers are different. also i was gonna take optimum nutritions serious mass. any reviews on that? does it work?
its pretty much the same as protein but you take a lot more powder to mix w/ it so it gives you more calories, just take it for breakfast or after you work out
don’t worry about your weight at your age because you’re about to grow taller and go through puberty
